Palos Verdes Peninsula

There is no age limit for kids to go into kumon. There is kids as young as 3 years old. As long as they can talk and walk, it is suitable to go into kumon. One session of kumon is around 30 minutes. It helps the younger kids to absorb more and save time because kids have really short attention span. Kumon is a self pace learning centre, you learn at your own pace and advance at your own pace. Kids are supposed to do 1 set of worksheets per day. This is to make sure they have a habit of doing work everyday. For more information, you can approach your nearest kumon centre, they will be willing to help you and explain to you what is kumon all about. There is not preparation work to be done, before enrolling your kids into kumon. Once you have decided to enrol them in, they are supposed to take a diagnostic test to see what level they should start from and from there they can advance at their own pace. The teachers are called assistants because kumon is all about self learning and finding the answer. Kumon nutured independent student will learn from their mistakes by finding the correct answer themselves. The assistants are mainly there to guide them to the correct path or the correct method of finding the answers. I have seen alot of student benefitting from kumon and it's a wise choice to send your kids to kumon as young as possible. I hope my information will help you in making the right choice. =)

You can pop it back in the mailbox, with or without a note saying it was delivered to the wrong address...without a note, it depends on your mailman if he'll pick it up without another stamp.
