Attendance does have a lot to do with an owner's decision to move a team, because the decision is usually based on $'s. The entire revenue stream is considered, from luxury boxes sold to T-shirts sold at the nearby mall. Attendance is a measure of a teams local popularity, so in most cases, yes, it would be a key factor. What the fans want has some impact, but the $'s rule in most situations. The fans can support a team with their attendance and purchases, but an owner could choose to move because a new city's possible fan base might be larger, and willing to spend more $'s. Several teams have been mentioned in the media for possible moves to L.A, the Vikings, Bills, Rams, Raiders, Jaguars, Chargers, and Saints. Except for the Saints and Rams, the teams want better stadium deals from their current city. The Rams are for sale and some of the prospective new owners are based in L.A. The Saints are a special case. The State of :Louisiana pays the Saints ownership $23 million a year to keep the team in New Orleans. Many of the state's lawmakers are objecting to the deal since they are struggling with the rebuilding plus the recession. My guess is the Saints are more likely to be the next team to move. San Antonio and L.A. are the most often mentioned destinations. If they move, I think L.A. will be the choice. I don't think the Saints would risk competing against the Cowboys and Texans for fans. Plus, San Antonio is a small market when compared to L.A. .

Hopefully nobody is dumb enough to move a team there. LA lost 3 teams already. Sooner or later you have to realize its the market that's the problem. That said someone will be that dumb. It will be a team that wants a stadium and cant get one in their current city. 1. Jaguars - small market, old stadium 2. Chargers - old stadium and cant seem to get one. could go back to their original home 3. Vikings - Metrodome is a dump 4. Bills - small market, poor economy, team will be sold when the owner dies because he doesn't want his kids to have it. I'd put my bet on the Chargers.

Check Craigslist. I've seen some rooms rented by the week.

I don't think your son would be very happy in the City of Industry. I agree with most of your other responses and as a So Cal Gal ,you couldn't pay me to deal with the crime and people and fwys and all plus the smog, I'm south of LA, closer to San Diego and its coming down here fast, and I wouldn't raise a child there...PSS Gangs too....tell him to find a BETTER offer....Good Luck!

Every body in Cal is sue happy. putting a stadium where the rock pit is pretty good sense to me. The other cities are suing for money for traffic, crime.and roads. Property around stadiums value usually decreases because of crime rates that rise. All cities will find a way to make big $$$ on this.
