Normally, when you buy tickets to a show, there is always a "convenience fee" or "facility charge". Blame Ticketmaster, which started this scam. But those are just fees that the seller tacks on to the price of the ticket, in order to line their pockets with more money. Since you got your tix free, that doesn't apply. But if you go to a web site to buy tickets to a concert, you'll see the extra fee tacked on at the end.
